This page explains how to delete your account and data in Tabula Domino, published by BumuStudios, an independent developer. Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account.
1. Deleting in the app (the quickest way)
- Open the app.
- Tap Settings → Account and profile → Delete account.
- Read what will be deleted and what will be kept. If you like, first use Download a copy of my data to get a copy of your data.
- Press and hold the confirm button (or confirm by typing).
If you signed in with Apple, Apple asks once more; this also removes your Apple link.
2. If you cannot reach the app
- If your account is linked to Apple, Google, Facebook or X: install the app again on any device, sign in with the same account and follow the steps above.
- If you cannot do that: send an email with the subject "Account deletion" to privacy@tabulastudios.com. Include your player tag (for example
#K7M2Q9XA) and the provider your account is linked to. To confirm the account is yours, we may ask you to verify through your linked account or give more details. After verification we start the deletion and let you know. We reply within 30 days at the latest. - If you have a guest account and can no longer reach your device: the only key to a guest account is the session on your device; because we do not know your email address, we may not be able to confirm safely that the account is yours. You can still write to us and we will help as far as we can verify. Unused guest accounts are deleted automatically 24 months after last use.
3. What happens after you ask
- Your account is frozen immediately: you cannot play or change your name, and you do not appear in friends lists.
- For 14 days you can change your mind: if you open the app and cancel, everything comes back as it was.
- When the 14 days end, the deletion happens automatically and the app shows that it is complete.
4. What is deleted and what is kept
Deleted: your display name (including its copies in match records) and name history, birth year, profile photo, avatar, player tag, linked accounts, sessions, country, friendships, requests, blocks, invites, quick message logs, matchmaking records, notification records and preferences, support requests and analytics consent records. Your Akçe, cosmetic items and ad-free pack are deleted too and cannot be restored.
Kept without your name (only with a random number):

Deleted data disappears from database backups when they expire (at most 16 days).
5. Deleting only some data
You can delete or change some data without deleting your account:
- remove your profile photo in Settings → Account and profile;
- change your name;
- withdraw your analytics permission in Settings → Privacy; earlier events are then unlinked from you too;
- ask for other data to be deleted at privacy@tabulastudios.com or through Settings → Support and appeals.
