This page explains how to delete your account and data in Amiral Battı, published by BumuStudios, an independent developer. Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account.
Amiral Battı and our other game, Tabula Domino, use the same account system. If you play both with the same account (for example, you signed in to both with the same Google account), deleting your account deletes it in both games: your Akçe, items and ad-free packs in both games are deleted too. The app's confirmation screen says so as well. If you have a Club subscription in either game, cancel it at the store separately.
1. Deleting in the app (the quickest way)
- Open the app.
- Tap Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Read what will be deleted and what will be kept. If you like, first use Settings → Account → Copy of my data to get a copy of your data (on Android it is saved to your Downloads folder; on iPhone the share sheet opens).
- Press and hold Press and hold to delete my account for two seconds. With a screen reader, you confirm with a double tap.
If you signed in with Apple, Apple asks once more; this also removes your Apple link. The app does not sign you out after the request: the Your account is about to be deleted screen opens, showing the day your account will be deleted and a Cancel the deletion button.
2. If you cannot reach the app
- If your account is linked to Apple or Google: install the app again on any device, sign in with the same account and follow the steps above.
- If you cannot do that: send an email with the subject "Account deletion" to privacy@tabulastudios.com or support@tabulastudios.com. Include your player tag (for example
#K7M2Q9XA) and the provider your account is linked to. To confirm the account is yours, we may ask you to verify through your linked account or give more details. After verification we start the deletion and let you know. We reply within 30 days at the latest. - If you have a guest account and can no longer reach your device: the only key to a guest account is the session on your device; because we do not know your email address, we may not be able to confirm safely that the account is yours. You can still write to us and we will help as far as we can verify. Unused guest accounts are deleted automatically 24 months after last use.
3. What happens after you ask
- Your account is frozen immediately: you cannot play or change your name, and you do not appear in friends lists.
- For 14 days you can change your mind: when you open the app, the Your account is about to be deleted screen appears; tap Cancel the deletion and everything stays as it is in both games. If you asked for the deletion in Tabula Domino, Amiral Battı shows the same screen.
- When the 14 days end, our server deletes your account automatically.
If you have an Amiral Club subscription: deleting your game account does not cancel the subscription at the store, and neither does uninstalling the app. To avoid further charges, cancel it first in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) or in your App Store account settings. If you are a member, the Club screen and the Delete account screen in the app have a Manage subscription link that opens the store's subscription page.
4. What is deleted and what is kept
Deleted: your display name (including its copies in match records) and name history, birth year, profile photo, avatar, player tag, linked accounts, sessions, country, friendships, requests, blocks, invites, quick message logs, matchmaking records, notification records and preferences, and analytics consent records. Your Akçe, cosmetic items (including those from the Akçe Bazaar) and ad-free pack are deleted too and cannot be restored.
Kept without your name (only with a random number):

Deleted data disappears from database backups when they expire (at most 16 days).
5. Deleting only some data
You can delete or change some data without deleting your account:
- withdraw your analytics permission in Settings → Privacy; earlier events are then unlinked from you too;
- Amiral Battı has no screen for changing your name or profile photo: ask at privacy@tabulastudios.com to have your name changed or the photo taken from Google removed;
- ask for other data to be deleted by writing to privacy@tabulastudios.com, or to support@tabulastudios.com with the "Support by e-mail" row under Settings → Help in the app.
